Their key criteria were clear: the apartment had to offer stunning views of Hyde Park and be serviced and managed by a reputable hotel brand. Additionally, their budget was set at £15 million, and they desired a property with quality finishes and amenities.
To fulfil our clients’ requirements, we embarked on a comprehensive market review.
