We have worked with a Home Management client on a London long-term rental refurbishment. The property is based in prime-central London, just off Sloane Square - the client has just moved back to London after living in Geneva for 30 years.

Brief

Rental search for a long-term rental for a home client who moved back to London after over 30 years in Geneva. The client wanted the opportunity to renovate the property to suit their requirements and style.

Solution

To find a long-term rental in central London and have it fully kitted out interior and exterior to their taste. We had a fully bespoke walk-in wardrobe built to the clients exact requirements, installed all top of the range Miele appliances in the kitchens and had a custom bookshelf and cupboards built into the reception rooms. We also relocated some of the radiators and negotiated new curtains, carpets and painting throughout the property prior to the clients arrival.
