Our approach to managing the Mayfair townhouse included onboarding a new housekeeping team, trained to understand the property’s unique features, and conducting a comprehensive wine and stock inventory to uphold luxury standards. We swiftly addressed neglected maintenance issues, ensuring the property was in excellent condition. Additionally, we organised a tailored dinner and drinks event for 30 guests, perfectly aligned with the client’s lifestyle, and spent an entire day familiarising ourselves with the property’s systems to deliver exceptional, proactive service.
