Fee: 26% plus VAT (made up of 20% LRC and 6% FM; full fee payable in advance taken from the rent).

Not at all. Many of our landlords live overseas or travel frequently. We offer full transparency and regular updates, and can manage everything on your behalf, from check-in to check-out, with no need for you to be in London.

Can you manage my property if I live overseas?

Absolutely. Many of our landlords are based abroad. We act as your local representative, handling all practical, legal, and day-to-day matters while keeping communication straightforward and transparent.

How do you find and vet tenants?
