Do you work with first-time landlords as well as experienced investors?

Yes. Whether you’re letting a property for the first time or managing a larger portfolio, we offer clear guidance and a service level that adapts to your experience and objectives.

Do I need to be based in London to use your service?

Not at all. Many of our landlords live overseas or travel frequently. We offer full transparency and regular updates, and can manage everything on your behalf, from check-in to check-out, with no need for you to be in London.

Can you manage my property if I live overseas?

Absolutely. Many of our landlords are based abroad. We act as your local representative, handling all practical, legal, and day-to-day matters while keeping communication straightforward and transparent.

How do you find and vet tenants?

We market your property carefully and thoroughly reference all prospective tenants, including financial checks, right-to-rent verification, and suitability assessments — prioritising reliability and long-term occupancy.

What level of involvement is required from me?

As much or as little as you choose. Some landlords like to be closely involved, others prefer a completely hands-off service. We tailor our approach to suit you.
