Which geographical areas are still open?

There are several areas that are still open in every continent. Depending on the market, we work with an entire country, a region or an entire city.

Do you work as a referral agent or is this a full-fledged branding deal?

When an affiliate signs on with us, they become a QE office, adhering to all Brand, Operational and Ethical guidelines. Furthermore, they have the exclusive right to operate that territory under the QE brand.

Do you dictate what commissions or properties to work with?

We allow each local partner to operate within what is accepted within his or her market, and that includes commission setting as well as agent recruiting and remuneration, and property selection.

Do you only do residential?

Yes, and we also work with other segments such as lifestyle farms, private islands and on special cases boutique hotels.

What type of partners are you looking for?

We look for people who already have a track record in the luxury market and that understand what a HNWI wants, and knows how to serve that type of clientele. Whether you are a successful agent that wants to set up his/her own business or an established boutique agency that needs an edge to compete, we are open to talking to those that are interested in elevating their operations to another level.

How long have you been around?

The Q group was founded twenty years ago, and the Estates side of the business ten years ago. Despite having a large percentage of the business in the international market, we have only just embarked on global expansion, therefore giving early-stage partners the possibility to join our QE network with advantageous conditions.
