We work on behalf of the landlord and have a wealth of experience in lettings within all aspects of the industry including homes, buy-to-let property or maintaining a portfolio of properties to rent. We are dedicated to delivering a service that is second to none, and we always make sure that our landlords' investments are protected at all times.

We understand lettings as a lifestyle choice and emphasise delivering a high level of service in all aspects of the business to both our landlords and our tenants hence why we offer tenants access to a one year quintessentially membership per household when they rent through us, and unrivalled incentive.

Fees

Rent Collection: 10% + VAT

Management Only: 6% + VAT

Rent Collection and Full Management: 16% + VAT

Short Term Rentals: 25% + VAT

Administration Fee for Landlords: £250 + VAT
