Celebrating Chinese New Year with Hennessy

An encounter of two cultures, two traditions and savoir-faire, Hennessy X.O. commemorated the Year of the Dog at DaDong in New York City.

Quintessentially were honoured to attend the celebration that paid tribute to the Cognac’s rich history and long-standing connection with the Chinese community.

The evening married traditional rituals with contemporary elements like an LED Chinese dragon performance by Modern Gypsies, fan dance by I AM GLOBAL, music by DJ and performance artist Alice Longyu Gao, and art by Shan Jiang, bringing an ‘East Meets West’ theme to life for Lunar New Year.
